Malwarebytes Anti-malware - The best recovery program I have found for removing trojans, adware, viruses, or any other malware.  Download and install this on your PC BEFORE you get attacked and it will be available to clean up.  Many new malware types disable your ability to download security and anti-virus tools.  This one cleans up the nasty conficker, fake security, and other malware.
